The Associate VP, Enterprise Transformation provides strategic leadership for enterprise transformation initiatives that enhance performance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Leads large-scale transformation programs across business segments, driving innovation and sustainable improvement through data-driven strategy, collaboration, and executive influence.
The Associate VP, Enterprise Transformation shapes and oversees enterprise transformation strategies that advance long-term organizational priorities. Partners with senior executives to identify and define strategic opportunities, establish goals, and lead programs that deliver measurable impact across multiple business functions. Guides teams in designing and executing transformation initiatives that strengthen operational performance and enable growth. Leads enterprise planning, change management, and process optimization efforts to align with corporate strategy. Develops transformation frameworks, performance measures, and governance structures to ensure accountability and progress. Provides strategic consultation and subject matter expertise to senior leadership on innovation, digital transformation, and business modernization. Represents the enterprise in cross-functional strategy discussions and external engagements. Oversees resource planning, budget alignment, and risk mitigation for transformation programs. Builds and sustains a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence across the organization. Exercises executive judgment to address highly complex challenges, balancing strategic priorities with business realities to achieve long-term organizational success.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 10 or more years of technical experience
- 8 or more years of management experience
- Proficiency in business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience in multiple corporate sourcing categories
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization
- Ability to interact with and defend position with senior management
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare services
- Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile certification
