主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)
1. 参与设计，开发，及维护面向各类银行业务场景的机器学习与人工智能模型，包括但不限于反洗钱监测，名单/交易监测，反欺诈检测，文档理解等
2. 在完成总部分配任务的同时，遵守总部对数据保密性和数据库访问限制性的各种要求
3. 及时与总部同事沟通分配的任务，按时，按需求，高质量的完成
4. 日常行为符合总部的操作手册要求
5. 遵守总部以及当地的合规管理，参与模型风险评估文档撰写，配合内外部审计及合规检查
6. 确保所有必须参加的培训课程都能按时完成
任职资格 (Incumbent’s Requirements)
学历及专业资格要求:
计算机科学相关大学本科或以上的学历
知识与技能要求:
- 精通Python编写工程化代码
- 具备LLM及Prompt Engineering实践及调优经验
- 熟悉OpenAI API，HuggingFace，Transformers，LangChain等主流框架
- 熟悉AWS / Azure / GCP中至少一种，熟悉容器化（Docker, Kubernetes）
- 熟练使用SQL，了解Spark或其他大数据处理框架
- 了解SHAP，LIME等模型可解释性工具
相关工作经验要求 :
- 具有5-8年及以上经验
- 具备金融风控和NLP文档理解等银行业AI应用经验优先

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science (or related)
- 5-8+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in engineering-quality Python code
- LLM and Prompt Engineering practice and tuning experience
- Familiarity with OpenAI API, HuggingFace, Transformers, LangChain
- Familiar with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficient in SQL
- Knowledge of Spark or other big data processing frameworks
- Familiarity with model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Experience in financial risk and NLP/document understanding in banking
- Effective communication skills
- Good written and spoken Chinese and English for collaboration with overseas teams
