Role Overview
We are looking for an AVP – Cloud & GenAI Lead & Architect to drive enterprise cloud strategy and lead Generative AI initiatives. This role blends hands-on architecture expertise, AI innovation, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise cloud architecture and strategy (GCP)
- Lead GenAI solution design (LLMs, RAG, AI copilots, chatbots)
- Act as chief architect for large cloud and AI programs
- Define best practices for cloud security, governance, and FinOps
- Build and mentor Cloud & GenAI teams / CoE
- Support pre-sales, RFPs, and client solutioning
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in GCP (multi-cloud preferred)
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, microservices, IaC, CI/CD
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, MLOps/LLMOps
- Excellent stakeholder and leadership skills
Qualifications
- BE / BTech / MCA (Master’s preferred)
- Cloud Architect certification preferred
- GenAI / AI certifications a plus
