Job Description
CyberArk is looking for results driven and collaborative channel sales leader to lead the channel team in APJ. You will be driving business growth and impact through strong leadership and embodying the culture and values of CyberArk to lead the team through the next phase of growth. You will report to the President & GM of APJ and a strong dotted line to the SVP of Global Channels, responsible for the APJ Channels strategy that is engaged, aligned and accountable to the global channel strategy go-to-market activities and plans. As a member of the Asia Pacific & Japan leadership team, cross functional collaboration with the APJ functional leaders is key to success.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute an APJ channels strategy that aligns with APJ business and overall global channels strategy
- Lead and coach the APJ Channel team in executing their respective regions’ channel strategy and Go-to-Market model that supports the business success and in alignment with the APJ Sales teams
- Assess current coverage model and drive the team to build and execute on their partner business plans
- To build a consistent pipeline of talent for hiring and development of channel sales team by motivating them to accelerate our market growth trajectory and driving closure rates
- Ensure that appropriate partner resources are mapped to the partners and develop a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders in the partner community
- Develop good and influential relationships with the channels ecosystem through executive level relationships within the various partners
- Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings with the channel sales teams and be accountable for productivity metrics (e.g. revenue attainment, forecast accuracy, current pipeline, etc)
- Champions and uphold a positive, results driven team environment
- Contribute as a member of the channel leadership team globally in the ongoing development and execution of the partner growth strategy.
- Manage objectives and meet or exceed targets across APJ and Global leadership

Qualifications
- Experienced channel sales background with at least 10+ years in sales leadership within an Enterprise Software Company
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading diverse teams across APJ
- Experience scaling a business and ability to successfully build and manage a partner Go-to-Market model within the APJ market
- Knowledge of a subscription-based business sales model
- Experience working for CyberSecurity Software Companies is a huge plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving business situations
- Independent and positive leader who can manage competing priorities in an organized manner
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as the ability to present in front of large group and/or executive audiences
- Strategic thinker with a record of methodical execution
- Willingness to travel
