Overview
We are seeking an AVP of CEO Office to act as a key partner to the CEO in driving execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across our business units. This role bridges strategy and operations: supporting the design of initiatives in partnership with the Corporate Strategy team, while taking ownership of implementation, monitoring, and ensuring business units deliver results. The role requires strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Office Support & Initiative Management
- Serve as the CEO’s right hand in tracking, prioritizing, and driving key initiatives across BUs
- Translate CEO directives and strategic plans into clear execution roadmaps with measurable milestones and KPIs to ensure accountability
- Set-up PMO cadence to monitor progress and ensure timely execution of initiatives e.g., identify bottlenecks, and proactively propose solutions
- Prepare CEO briefings, progress reports, and board-level updates
2. Business Unit Support
- Partner with BU heads to implement group-level initiatives (e.g., operational improvements, new product rollouts, efficiency programs)
- Ensure alignment between BU priorities and overall company objectives / CEO agendas
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery by leading day-to-day operational aspects, resolving bottlenecks, and unblocking execution challenges
- Be prepared to be seconded or permanently assigned within BUs - whether serving in an AVP Commercial role (driving growth) or an AVP Operations role (enhancing efficiency and performance).
3. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
- Act as central liaison between CEO, Corporate Strategy, and BUs.
- Support external-facing activities as needed, including investor updates, fundraising processes, and due diligence coordination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or similar senior management roles (e.g., Head of Strategy, Head of CEO Office, etc.)
- Proven track record in project management and implementation
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent problem-solving, structured thinking, and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities.
