Avature Functional Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Systems Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in recruitment and onboarding platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Avature Recruitment System or other leading recruitment platforms such as Oracle Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Oracle Recruiting.

Avature experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and/or techno-functional support for recruitment and onboarding systems, preferably Avature.
  
• Configure recruitment system workflows, business processes, fields, forms, notifications, integrations, and other system components.
  
• Gather business requirements from HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders.
  
• Analyze existing recruitment processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
  
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  
• Configure, test, and implement changes and enhancements to the recruitment platform.
  
• Provide BAU support, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
  
• Implement new features, enhancements, and functionality within the recruitment system.
  
• Support system upgrades, releases, patches, and other application changes.
  
• Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases for system changes.
  
• Drive regression testing to ensure existing recruitment processes remain unaffected by new changes.

• Coordinate with technical teams and IT vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and system development.
  
• Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues or process gaps.
  
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides where required.
  
• Support end users and HR/Talent Acquisition teams with system-related queries.
  
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are aligned with business requirements and established HR practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Avature Recruitment System or a similar recruitment platform.
  
• Strong experience in configuring recruitment systems such as:

• Oracle Taleo
  
• PeopleSoft
  
• Oracle Recruiting
  
• Strong functional and/or techno-functional knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
  
• Hands-on experience with recruitment system configuration and implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR business processes.
  
• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and BAU operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and implementation processes.
  
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to effectively collaborate with HR, IT teams, business users, and external technology vendors.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
