Seeking a highly experienced Avature
Architect SME to lead the design and implementation of Junction-based
integrations and Sherlock Data Lakehouse solutions. This role is integration
and data focused while requiring deep hands-on expertise in Avature configuration
(workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions, and security) to
ensure high-quality data capture and downstream integration readiness.
Experience with PeopleSoft
HCM or other enterprise HR systems will be highly regarded.
· Lead advanced Avature
configuration including workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates.
· Manage user roles, permissions,
and security models.
· Ensure strong data structure,
validation, and governance within Avature.
· Align Avature configuration
with integration and data architecture requirements.
· Optimize platform for
Recruitment, Offer Management, and Onboarding.
· Design and implement Avature
Junction integrations using API-led architecture.
· Define data mapping,
orchestration logic, transformation rules, and error handling.
· Build scalable integration
frameworks for enterprise systems.
· Design and enable data
pipelines from Avature into Sherlock Data Lake/Lakehouse.
· Implement ETL/ELT processes and
data ingestion frameworks.
· Ensure analytics-ready data
aligned to enterprise data standards.
· 5-6+ years in HR technology,
integrations, and data platforms.
· Deep expertise in Avature
configuration (workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions,
security).
· Strong hands-on experience with
Avature Junction integrations.
· Experience implementing Data
Lake/Lakehouse solutions (Sherlock preferred).
· Strong understanding of data
modeling, ETL/ELT, and integration frameworks.
· Experience
with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems
· Experience in Avature’s Agentic
AI capabilities using Agent builder.
· Experience in global TA
transformation programs.
Skills Required
- 5–6+ years of experience in HR technology, integrations, and data platforms
- Deep expertise configuring Avature workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions, and security
- Strong hands-on experience with Avature Junction integrations
- Experience implementing data lake or lakehouse solutions
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and integration frameworks

- Experience with Avature Agentic AI capabilities using Agent Builder
- Experience in global talent acquisition transformation programs
