You Have:
- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Your Projects: High-End Homes in the surrounding area
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
- Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Your Contribution to ATI:
- Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness

Skills Required
- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of the built environment and experience with Rough, Trim, and Final implementation phases
- Hands-on, field-oriented with ability to work on construction sites and maintain situational awareness
- Ability to read, interpret, markup, and distribute plan sets/blueprints
- Steady work history (minimum ~3 years between job changes)
- High emotional intelligence and pleasant disposition
- Experience managing project timelines, scope, budgets, and profitability
- Experience creating and processing change orders and coordinating work orders with teams and third parties
