- Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation (e.g., project charters, responsibility matrices, specifications), manage project communications, run effective meetings, and deliver targeted status reports.
- Improve operational processes for standardizing AV and network deployments globally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical intake and design alignment.
- Establish clear measures of success (tracking progress, cost savings, performance, and customer satisfaction) and identify, mitigate, or hand off roadblocks.
- Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
- End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
- Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
