Garantizar que se mantenga el orden y aseo en todas las instalaciones del
punto asignado, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.
a. Garantizar y mantener la limpieza efectiva de todas las áreas de trabajo y
áreas comunes como pasillos, vestidores, oficinas, entre otras de acuerdo con
estructura locativa del punto asignado.
b. Mantener el aseo y el orden de todas las áreas con el fin de controlar la
proliferación de microorganismos o enfermedades que puedan afectar las
diferentes preparaciones elaboradas.
c. Cumplir con el aprovechamiento efectivo de los insumos y suministros dentro
del centro de producción con su grupo de trabajo.
d. Velar por el orden y aseo de todas las áreas de GCG en el punto asignado,
con las especificaciones exigidas por el cliente en cuanto al servicio de
alimentación según el contrato establecido en el punto.
