Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates and supports daily activities within the plant.
- Makes appointments and referrals.
- Answers phone calls and emails.
- Performs basic data entry and filing tasks.
- Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
- Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Knowledge and Skills
- Good understanding of office equipment.
- Ability to proofread.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
