El Auxiliar de embarques mantiene un proceso definido y exacto, para controlar todas las salidas de materia prima, así como el equipo, retornos y producto terminado que se Principales.Responsabilidades:- Coordina las programaciones de transporte.
- Revisa y verifica las cantidades que se embarcarán.
- Empacado de material.
- Coordina y dirige a la agencia aduanal para la revisión de mercancía.
- Actualiza sistema de control de Inventarios.
- Genera papelería necesaria para programar exportación (GUIAS UPS, FEDEX)
- Aplica CTPAT y OEA.
- Responsable por controlar el inventario de material para empaque.
- Comunicación interdepartamental.
- Comunicación y dar seguimiento a correo con N.Y y VALHALLA.
- Actualizar reporte de discrepancias de N.Y. y VALHALLA.
- Actualizar reporte de discrepancias de Brownsville a Matamoros.
- Revisa y verifica Picklist.
- Revisar reporte de F.F. Externo e inventario de los empaques.
- Lic. En comercio exterior y Aduanas, Ing. Industrial.
- Manejo de Personal (Avanzado)
- Experiencia en puesto similar mínimo 3 años.
- Conocimiento en el manejo del área de embarques (Especialista)
- Conocimiento en el manejo de herramienta y equipo (Avanzado)
- Trafico y Logística (Avanzado)
- Conocimiento de ISO 9001 e ISO 14001 (Intermedio)
- Conocimiento de manejo de montacargas (Avanzado)
- Microsoft Office (Avanzado).
- Inglés (Básico)
- Conocimiento de CTPAT (Avanzado)
- Conocimiento de OEA (Avanzado)
