As an Analyst, you will work at the intersection of validation, data, and technology, gaining unique visibility into the latest capabilities and challenges of autonomous driving systems. The AV Validation Analysis team serves as a vital feedback loop for Mobileye's development organization, helping bridge the gap between real-world system behavior and engineering innovation. In this role, you will develop a broad understanding of autonomous driving technologies, system behavior, driving performance, and user experience-while working with some of the most advanced autonomous vehicle technologies in the industry.
What will you job be like?
- Investigate and analyze autonomous driving performance issues discovered during testing and validation activities.
- Identify root causes and translate complex findings into actionable insights for engineering teams.
- Assess system behavior across a wide variety of driving scenarios, technologies, and product domains.
- Collaborate closely with validation engineers, developers, product teams, and technical experts across the organization.
- Provide critical feedback that influences the evolution of Mobileye's autonomous driving technology.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new features, capabilities, and emerging technologies within the AV ecosystem.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

All you need is:
- B.Sc. degree in Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical, technical, research, validation, or data-driven role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and passion for understanding how complex systems behave in the real world.
- Ability to investigate technical issues and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new technologies and domains independently.
- Strong technical aptitude and data-driven mindset.
