Key Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline technical owner for the deployment and operation of L4 autonomous driving systems in real-world environments
- Lead and execute system-level testing and validation, ensuring robust performance across diverse road, traffic, and environmental conditions
- Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing, ensuring readiness for pilot and commercial deployment
- Support and oversee on-site vehicle testing and fleet operations in Singapore or other countries, working closely with customers and partners
- Perform data analysis and root cause investigation, identifying issues and driving continuous improvement of system performance and stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (autonomy software, hardware, cloud, TPM) to resolve complex system-level issues
- Participate in international deployments, supporting system rollout, localization, and operation in new regions
- Contribute to improving deployment processes, testing methodologies, and operational best practices for scalable global rollout
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or related domains; experience with L4 systems is a plus
- Familiarity with autonomous driving system testing, validation, and deployment workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex system-level issues
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Python and ROS is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to support international collaboration and technical discussions
- Willingness to travel globally and adapt to diverse environments and project requirements
