Job Description- Architect and design scalable, high-performance Java-based applications for automotive distribution and retail systems;
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals;
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment;
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation;
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our automotive solutions;
- Participate in technical decision-making processes and provide expert advice to stakeholders;
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our software systems;
- Optimize existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of Java, software architecture, and design patterns
- Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and challenges (is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies
