2) Resource should have excellent Development experience. No support / Maintanance experience is considerable.

3) Avoid any resource who belongs to AP (Andhrapradesh) and passed out from JNTU, Osmania. Look for any other University (VTU, Anna etc.)

5) If resource is not working then career GAP should not be more than 3 months
