JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Should Possess Effective verbal,written communications as well as strong organizational skills
- Must be capable of working well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Test automation assessment & automation solution, creation and Consulting
- Building Test automation Strategy and roadmap.
- Building test automation frameworks and reusable components.
- Create automation tools using Cucumber for testing Ruby,
- Experience with VB scripting.
- Experience in Test Management tools.
- Should provide technical guidance to the team.
- Willing to work as an individual contributor.
- Good communication skills, good client interfacing skills.
- Automated Testing using JUnit or similar

- Responsible for actively engaging in sprint planning meetings to truly understand the end-user process and needs.
- You will become a mentor to other developers to best practices and recommendations are followed.
