We are seeking an experienced Automation Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain critical automation systems, including portal bot operations and document conversion processes. This role is integral to our operational efficiency, handling high-volume automated document processing and system configurations. A large portion of this job is creating and supporting monarch models. Many of which have very complex and client specific rules coded within them.

Here’s How

• Configure and maintain portal bot automation systems using Typescript and Node.js
• Manage and optimize Monarch setup configurations for document conversion 
• Oversee automated claim backup retrieval processes 
• Maintain and update browser automation scripts using Selenium and Playwright
• Configure and manage 2FA integration systems 
• Handle daily automated processing of thousands of documents 
• Develop and maintain complex custom Monarch conversion rules
• Manage PostgreSQL database operations for tracking and status updates 
• Monitor and maintain queue service operations
• Work within JIRA and track all time worked daily 
• Daily observation and monitoring of automation. Setups are subject to change with no notice and require immediate tweaks to ensure the process is working properly.

Technical Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Typescript/Node.js (mandatory)
• Selenium and Playwright
• PostgreSQL
• Altair Monarch
• Excel (Advanced)
• Regular Expressions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong programming background with focus on automation
• Expertise in browser automation frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of PDF data extraction and conversion
• Database management experience
• Problem-solving and system optimization capabilities
• Ability to maintain and improve complex automated systems
• Expert with using Monarch

Work Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• May require additional hours during system migration periods
• Regular participation in team meetings (approximately 5 hours bi-weekly)
• Primary focus on system maintenance and development (75-80 hours bi-weekly)
