About the Role:
- Own all HaloPSA administration including user account management, roles and permissions, ticket workflow development, and contract/agreement setup and support
- Drive ongoing CRM changes, improvements, and configuration updates across the platform
- Act as the highest-level internal support for HaloPSA issues, troubleshoot and resolve workflow failures, billing anomalies, and reporting inconsistencies
- Build, maintain, and support reports and custom dashboards tailored to operational needs
- Partner with team leads and Directors to identify "data out" needs and develop reporting/dashboard solutions
- Track, identify, and develop AI features within HaloPSA, including client-facing AI chat and internal bots
- Pilot and iterate on AI-driven solutions that surface common Halo workflows and inquiries through conversational interfaces
- Design, build, support, and iteratively improve automation workflows across DelCor's Managed Services toolset
- Monitor automated workflows for performance and stability, conduct thorough testing, and perform regular maintenance and platform upgrades
- Provide training and support to team members and users interacting with workflows, forms, and other automated systems
- Serve as the escalation point for team members and users interacting with workflow automations across the DelCor toolset
- Partner with your manager and staff across all disciplines to identify pain points, prioritize needs, develop practical solutions, win stakeholder buy-in, and pilot implementations
Preferred Experience/Training
- 3+ years hands-on experience with a PSA platform (HaloPSA strongly preferred; ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate, building and managing production workflows
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Jinja, or another scripting language for automation and integrations
- Experience in an MSP, consulting, or service desk environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable terms
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with Rewst
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI/bot-building platforms
- Experience building custom dashboards and analytics for operational reporting
