Act as a key automation consultant to sales, driving pre- and post-sales success and workflow integration
Advise customers on automated liquid handling systems (e.g. epMotion 5073–5075, epMotion 96 Flex) and deliver demos and trainings.
Lead automation product launches and translate customer workflows into applications and product enhancements
Gather market and competitive insights to sharpen positioning, win more deals, and support go-to-market activities
Attend exhibition, sponsor events and customer events to showcase automation solutions.
Enable and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D & Service, and partners while maintaining accurate CRM and reporting
Strong background in automation and automated liquid handling, ideally with Pharma/Biotech/CRO/Academia customers, and application laboratory background in life science or similar application field.
Proven experience in technical pre- and post-sales support, demos, and customer training
Skilled in solution-based, workflow-oriented selling and application development
Confident communicator and presenter, experienced in cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable with CRM tools, data-driven reporting, and a customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and French, with Dutch also required. Knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
