Job Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders and technology team to ensure our internal development teams ship high-quality production code that enhance efficiency, productivity, and are a pleasure to use
  • Work with the technology and business teams during initiative planning to build out and maintain high-quality test plans with comprehensive test scenarios
  • Perform story-level, exploratory, regression, performance, and security testing as required to support platform releases
  • Ensure alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders
  • Manage test automation execution and assist with resolving, communicating or escalating any issues that may result in test plan variance
  • Contribute to efforts towards increasing test automation coverage
  • Advocate for and drive improvements to the current QA process to drive towards more efficiency where possible
Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years as a QA engineer supporting the delivery of high quality internal platforms;
  • Strong functional testing skills;
  • Strong data skills – must be able to understand how to test data-intensive applications;
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright (TS);
  • Experience with performance testing tools like Apache JMetter, NeoLoad, Gatling;
  • Experience using project management / ticketing systems like JIRA;
  • 3+ years’ experience on RDBMS – MySQL. Oracle, etc – specifically writing and executing SQL queries;
  • Detailed oriented, quality conscious, with an eye toward simplicity;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Scripting experience – shell scripting/Python scripting;
  • Experience with security testing tools like Veracode;
  • Awareness of effective web UI/UX;
  • Testing of web-based Excel Add-Ins. 
Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.


Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Bulgaria without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Skills Required

  • 3–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer supporting internal platforms
  • Strong functional testing skills
  • Ability to test data-intensive applications
  • Experience with Playwright and TypeScript test automation
