Automation Project LeadPay Range: $30–$39+ per hour, based on experience
Location: Lanco Integrated
At Lanco, the machines you build don't sit in a warehouse - they run on production floors inside some of the world's most demanding manufacturing facilities, assembling the devices and components that end up in operating rooms, vehicles, and defense systems. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll own the assembly, debug, and commissioning of complex automated systems, then travel to customer sites to install and run them off. Travel is real but purposeful with a handful of significant trips per year; not a life lived out of a suitcase.
We’re looking for an Automation Project Lead who combines mechanical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performance automated systems. You’ll work side-by-side with talented technicians and engineers to assemble, debug, and commission custom automation equipment, helping ensure every system delivers peak performance. What You’ll Do
Our people are what set us apart. Lanco’s team is incredibly engaged, collaborative, skilled, and genuinely invested in the work. We’re also proud to be an employee-owned company through our ESOP. When the company wins, you win. We don’t just say it, we live it.BenefitsWe take care of our people — and their futures.
