About the role
This role is to lead the development and execution of strategic automation and data optimization initiatives within BE. You will spearhead efforts to leverage cutting-edge automation technologies, machine learning, and data optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive business transformation, and enhance decision-making processes. You will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the company's intelligent automation and data optimization strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that automation solutions deliver tangible business outcomes.
What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for intelligent automation across BE, identifying high-impact processes and workflows to automate.
- Lead the adoption and integration of automation technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and process mining, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Develop and enables interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as sportfire, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality, integration, and governance, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across systems for automation use cases.
What you will need
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in intelligent automation, data optimization, or related fields
- Experience on Package FOL – EOL and testing and packing
- Proven track record of leading large-scale automation and data optimization initiatives that drive business transformation
- Expertise in data management, data governance, and data optimization strategies.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Spotfire Power BI, or similar.
- Experience in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and/or other analytics
