About the Role
At SwitchOn, our cutting-edge systems capture images from complex manufacturing lines and runs DeepInspect to detect defects with over 99% accuracy. We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Automation PLC Engineer to drive the development of our AI-powered quality inspection systems . In this role, you will bridge the gap between DeepInspect and real-world manufacturing environments—ensuring successful implementation, tuning, and validation of systems that deliver world-class defect detection performance.

Skills Required
- Good working knowledge of Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens S7/TIA Portal, and Omron PLCs
- HMI programming and basic SCADA
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for machines and automation systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and understand panel wiring
- Knowledge of industrial protocols including Modbus and Ethernet/IP
- Working knowledge of machine vision software for inspection systems
