Adree is seeking an experienced and proactive QA Team Lead / Test Automation Team Lead / Performance Test Team Lead to oversee our quality assurance efforts. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of QA engineers and testers in developing and executing high-quality testing strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing the efficiency of testing processes, improving automation practices, and ensuring optimal application performance before release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement testing strategies, including manual, automated, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and performance testing scripts.
- Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously assess and enhance testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present status reports, highlighting key metrics and quality milestones to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with trends in software quality assurance and automation technologies.
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving quality initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, Six Sigma) are a plus.
