About the Role
We are transforming Uassist.ME from a staff augmentation company into a technology-enabled solutions firm. To support this evolution, we are looking for a specialist who can design, build, and operate end-to-end automation and data integration workflows — someone who combines a developer mindset with strong command of no-code/low-code tools and a genuine understanding of AI.
In this role, you will work on real client projects across industries such as healthcare, real estate, legal, retail, and finance, as well as internal operational initiatives. If you get excited about connecting systems, eliminating manual work, and leveraging AI to do the heavy lifting, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities• Design and build ETL pipelines connecting client data sources (CRMs, ERPs, spreadsheets, APIs) to structured destinations or dashboards.
• Automate repetitive processes for clients and internal operations using orchestration tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Integrate LLMs into workflows, enabling tasks such as classification, data extraction, content generation, and automated summaries through AI APIs.
• Consume and integrate REST APIs (authentication, pagination, webhooks, error handling) beyond native integrations when needed.
• Write supporting logic in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or another scripting language when no-code tools are not sufficient.
• Document delivered solutions and contribute to Uassist.ME’s internal library of reusable automations.
We are tool-agnostic by category — what matters most is proven hands-on experience in the areas below:
Orchestration: n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent platforms
APIs & Connectivity: REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth authentication
ETL / Data: Data transformation and movement between systems
AI & LLMs: Prompt engineering and API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Supporting Code: Python (required) + JavaScript/Node.js or another scripting language
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in automation, integrations, or back-end development.
• A portfolio or real examples of automations delivered to clients or deployed in production.
• A product mindset — you don’t just execute tasks; you think through the full problem and solution.
• Curiosity about AI and automation, with an understanding of when and how to integrate LLMs into workflows.
• Intermediate English, with the ability to read documentation, follow client briefs, and communicate through asynchronous channels.
• Direct access to cutting-edge AI tools (LLM APIs, agents, advanced automation platforms).
• Exposure to live projects with clients in the U.S. and Latin America.
