The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Automation Engineer (4+ years in automation engineering, strong Python skills) to design and lead scalable automation frameworks across infrastructure and testing environments.
Position responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive automation services to the R&D division, focusing on infrastructure and test automation
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and tools to support ongoing projects
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure the code's quality and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with project goals and organizational objectives
- 4+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer in complex systems
- Strong proficiency in Python/Typescript – must
- Experience with Selenium or Playwright – must
- Experience in API testing (RESTful services) – must
- Hands-on experience with Pytest – an advantage
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in a Linux-based environment - Advantage
- Strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
