As the leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology, HiredScore’s artificial intelligence, automation and deep integrations empower the largest and most innovative companies in the world to safely and transparently drive critical business outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and total talent management.
Our team is dedicated to designing and implementing cutting-edge architecture to meet the scaling needs of our rapidly growing client base. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions, leveraging our expertise in Python, k8s, MongoDB, Celery, and more. Focused on integrating with MS Teams, we orchestrate collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers, surfacing data driven notifications by our AI to optimize the recruitment process.
At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

About the Role

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks.

  • Design, write, and execute automated tests for APIs, microservices, and orchestration flows.

  • Collaborate with QAs and engineers to integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Argo Workflows and Kubernetes.

  • Work with developers to ensure test coverage for new and existing features, focusing on quality and scalability.

  • Build alerting and monitoring systems to identify and prevent production issues.

  • Document automation workflows and train team members on their usage.

  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance automation efficiency.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • +2 years of experience as an Automation Engineer in RESTful API and microservice testing.

  • Hands-on experience with backend testing using Python and Pytest.

  • Proficient in using Postman or similar tools for API testing.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

  • Experience working with MongoDB.

  • Familiar with monitoring tools such as Sentry, Grafana, and Prometheus.

  • A passion for technology and solving complex problems.

  • Can-do attitude, highly motivated, effective at working independently, and a collaborative team player.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Skilled in managing development processes using Jira or other project management tools.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation testing tools like Cypress or similar.

  • Exposure to event-driven systems and technologies such as Celery, Kafka, Temporal etc.

  • Proven experience in building, designing, and implementing automation infrastructures.
