WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least (2+) years of experience.
- Bilingual: (Spanish and English).
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Basic Automation software and tools (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Software / Electrical

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Assist in the design and implementation of automated systems and processes.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automated equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize automation workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and changes.
- Provide support for the maintenance and repair of automated systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation efficiency.
