Overview

Apogee Engineering is seeking Automation Engineers that will support design and implement process automation solutions within the NASIC Business Architecture environment. Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess opportunities for automating business and technical processes.
  • Design and implement automation workflows, scripts, or tools that integrate with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with systems architects, business analysts, and IT service managers to ensure automated solutions align with the overall architecture.
  • Test and validate automation solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Document automation designs and operational procedures.
  • Monitor automated processes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCICertifications: Lean Six Sigma certification Education / Years of Experience:

  • Journeyman: Minimum three (3) years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or related functional area; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Senior: Minimum ten (10) years of experience in automation engineering or related functional area; Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience designing and implementing automation solutions in complex, mission-critical environments.

Skills Required
