Position Summary
Candidate should have hands on IT-OT integration & SCADA (Ignition) Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in industrial IT systems within FMCG / Beverage manufacturing. The candidate must be capable of independently maintaining Ignition SCADA architecture, industrial networks, IT-OT communication and OT cybersecurity, while ensuring compliance with global automation and IT standards. The role requires strong expertise in Ignition SCADA, Kepware OPC, MongoDB, industrial network architecture and integration with PLC / MES / SAP systems, along with coordination with Global Automation Teams / OEMs / for solution approvals and implementations.
Key Responsibilities
IT-OT Automation Architecture & Plant Support (Primary Role)
- Maintain plant-level IT -OT network & Ignition SCADA architecture.
- Ensure uptime and performance of SCADA Applications, Historian, and OT assigned servers.
- Provide Developmental front-end support for:
- SCADA visualization
- Line monitoring dashboards
- OEE data systems
- Central command centre systems
- Troubleshoot plant-wide:
- SCADA application connectivity issues
- OPC communication failures
- Database latency issues
- Network interruptions
- Ensure secure integration between IT & OT layers.
Ignition SCADA & Application Management
- Configure and maintain:
- Ignition Gateway
- Redundancy setup
- Perspective & Vision modules
- Develop and maintain:

- UDT structures
