Our people make all the difference in our success. We are looking for engineer to develop, optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. In this role you will support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. This role requires working with both onsite and offshore team members in properly defining testable scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.
Position Overview
Plan and execute quality assurance for applications that move prior authorization and related healthcare data through batch files and real-time transactions. Support the supervisor in delivering and enabling QA; validate front-end and back-end behavior with SQL-focused and ETL-aware testing. Work with onsite/offshore Agile peers, exercise sound judgment on test planning, and contribute to stable releases. Hands-on automation QA experience is a strong plus—ideal candidates strengthen regression and CI while still owning manual and SQL-backed validation.
Responsibilities
- Define test activities, deliverables, and schedules; assess upstream/downstream impact across UI, services/APIs, messaging, and data for batch and real-time changes.
- Maintain smoke, functional, and regression suites for GUI and database/backend validation; apply SQL and ETL-style checks to pipelines, loads, and reconciliation.
- Partner with the Data team on test data and quality expectations; participate in Scrum with onsite/offshore developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA through functional, integration, and regression cycles.
- Execute API/Backend service testing and streaming validation where applicable (e.g., Kafka); work in Azure-oriented environments; analyze requirements, log and triage defects, and drive closure per Quality Engineering practices.
- Recommend test process and tooling improvements; design, maintain, or extend automated checks (UI/API/script) per team standards where skilled—automation depth is welcome even when the core need remains manual and SQL-backed testing; use C# as appropriate.
Qualifications
