Job Summary- 牵头并协调各BU推进苏州工厂自动化项目的实施,并跟踪项目进度。
- 负责非标及标准自动化设备的电气控制系统设计、开发及实施。
- 负责自动化项目全流程管理(可行性评估/风险评估/方案评审/技术规范制定/设备验收)。
- 与跨职能团队、兄弟工厂生产团队及外部供应商协作,确保项目顺利集成与落地。
- 负责现有自动化设备的故障排查、升级改造及系统集成。
- 推动优秀自动化项目的内部复制及在兄弟工厂的横向展开(Yokoten)。
- 电气工程或自动化相关专业本科及以上学历,至少5年以上相关工作经验。
- 具备扎实的电气设计及自动化项目实施经验。
- 熟练进行电气系统设计,包括电气原理图、柜体布局、接线图设计,以及电气元器件选型。
- 能编写、测试及调试PLC程序,实现逻辑控制,并能与软件工程师协同工作。
- 具备人机界面(HMI)设计能力,能够根据项目需求进行界面开发、定制与配置。
- 具备工业机器人/协作机器人(Robot/Cobot)的选型、仿真、编程及应用经验。
- 具备优秀的问题分析与故障排查能力,以及良好的沟通与团队协作能力。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation (or higher)
- At least 5 years of relevant automation/electrical design experience
- Proven electrical control system design skills (schematics, cabinet layout, wiring diagrams, component selection)
- Ability to write, test, and debug PLC programs and work with software engineers
- HMI design and interface development/configuration experience
- Industrial robot and cobot selection, simulation, programming, and application experience
- Experience with non-standard automation for electronics manufacturing (dispensing, screw fastening, labeling, testing, packaging, material handling, line integration)
- Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities
