The Analyst collaborates with Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensures quality through testing and validation, and supports the continuous evolution of Automation and CRM processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and analyse Automation & CRM improvement opportunities (proactively and on-demand)
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and priorities
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
- Support prioritization and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to align on solution design and delivery
- Conduct testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews
- Monitor and continuously improve existing Automation & CRM processes
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, RPA, or Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives forward
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities independently
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
- Exposure to Salesforce, Python, C#, or Google Apps Script
- Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience working with B2C and/or B2B processes, with the ability to identify and implement automation opportunities that improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.
