We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong engineering background, product mindset, and experience leveraging Machine Learning to solve complex business challenges. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and drive the execution of scalable digital solutions that enhance manufacturing and operational efficiency.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps, managing engineering execution, mentoring high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills and has a strong understanding of product development, engineering best practices, and data-driven decision-making in industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define technical strategy and engineering roadmaps aligned with business and product objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of high-quality software and engineering solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Machine Learning and data-driven technologies to improve operational efficiency, product performance, and business outcomes.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, quality processes, and delivery methodologies across teams.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely execution of engineering initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Promote continuous improvement through performance monitoring, process optimization, and technology adoption.
• Work closely with operations and business teams to support digital transformation and enhance manufacturing processes where applicable.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering innovations to drive continuous advancement.

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and their practical application to business or operational challenges.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience delivering scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and product goals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Exposure to manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, or industrial technology environments is an added advantage.
