Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform (or equivalent RPA software)
Create clear and comprehensive process design documentation.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA solutions.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA robots to ensure optimal performance and continuous operation.
Implement best practices for RPA development, including version control, reusability, and error handling.
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to development standards.
Provide ongoing support and training to business users on deployed RPA solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, functionalities, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Professional experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
Proven hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots is essential.
Strong understanding of RPA development methodologies and best practices.
Experience in designing and developing scalable, robust, and efficient RPA solutions.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into automated workflows.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Language skills: English mandatory
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer - UiARD) certification (or equivalent).
Experience with process mining or task mining tools
