Purpose:
Athene is hiring a talented Automation Analyst to join our team!We’re looking for a results-driven professional who specializes in identifying and implementing scalable business process automation solutions using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere. This role is ideal for someone experienced in translating business and functional requirements into efficient automated workflows, while coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive successful implementation.
You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, uncover optimization opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and quality. A strong background in quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and detailed process documentation is key, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.

Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate complex business processes and improve operational efficiency
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable automation workflows, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives
Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing efforts, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solution reliability and performance
Provide clear, timely status updates, project estimates, and documentation to support transparency and effective delivery
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple automation initiatives and priorities
Partner with business stakeholders, process analysts, and cross-functional teams to evaluate current processes and identify high-impact automation opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships across business units to drive adoption and alignment on automation initiatives
Plan, implement, and document process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality metrics
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including technical specifications, business requirements, error handling, and exception management procedures
Support full lifecycle automation delivery—from discovery and design through implementation and optimization—to ensure continuous improvement and long-term success
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
4+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process improvement, with a proven ability to streamline operations, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable efficiency gains
Working knowledge of programming languages, databases, and APIs, enabling effective development, integration, and optimization of automated solutions
Highly curious, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to develop both logical and innovative solutions
Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments while guiding stakeholders through change and process transformation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
