Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover high-impact AI/Generative A (GenAI) automation opportunities
- Design and deliver scalable AI solutions leveraging GenAI, APIs, and workflow automation
- Build and deploy intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
- Drive innovation by developing reusable components and optimizing model performance
- Champion responsible AI by ensuring quality, governance, and compliance standards
- Measure impact through KPIs while continuously improving solutions using data insights
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Around 4–7 years working experience in AI, automation, or related fields
- Strong English and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent in reading, writing, speaking)
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production
Required technical skills
- Experience with GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and API integration experience
- Understanding of NLP concepts (tokenization, embeddings, classification), embeddings, and vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and ethics
- Relevant AI/ML or cloud certifications
Nice-to-have
- Experience with LangChain or chatbot platforms
- Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath AI Center), low-code platforms (e.g., Node-Red), or automation tools
- Knowledge of AI cost optimization and Agile delivery
- Experience with AI security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
