It is the contract vehicle for the Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization overseeing MPO’s Enterprise Information Technology (EIT). EIT is MPO’s backbone- platform for all Enterprise users. Data Center & Compute Services is the EIS enabling organization working with customers, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver select EIT.
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Automated Test Engineer 3 to join our team.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Ability to analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
- Support the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process.
- Provide end-to-end testing to include unit testing, creating test plans and test procedures.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Linux software and hardware systems
- Configure systems to meet the organization operational needs.
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and change management logs.
- Work with team members to build applications for customers.
- Provide support and troubleshooting services for customers.
- Write scripts to automate tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Shall have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline or four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with pytest, junit, git and gitlab.
- Experience working independently on a cross functional team
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of git,gitlab and either a preferred IDE or VSCode/code-server.
- Familiarity with Behavior-driven development (BDD) in Cucumber and experience with a least one testing framework. Terraform would be a plus.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate must be able to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer’s desk. The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700-$170,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
