As an Automated Reporting Solutions - Manager, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. You will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role, you will be part of our Finance Consulting practice, where you will provide consulting services related to financial management and strategy. Your work will involve offering guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the overall success of our team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of automated financial reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyzing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and designing strategies to streamline operations
- Managing client engagements by overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in the application of financial systems and process automation to optimize financial performance
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and improve performance
- Utilizing financial data mining and analysis to support strategic decision-making and financial forecasting
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and maintain financial internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements to validate accuracy and reliability
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to drive continuous improvement in financial operations
- Supporting the integration of financial strategy with broader business objectives to achieve organizational goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant

- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and reporting

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
