This role supports our Auto/Home Partner team by driving operational excellence and delivering on key elements of the product’s value proposition. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on designing and implementing business processes, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners. The position leads initiatives from strategy through delivery—leveraging agile practices, mitigating risks, and providing senior leadership updates—while serving as a subject matter expert for critical business processes that enable program success.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing product support to distribution, operations and execution of key elements of the product’s value proposition.  This role will focus on identification, creation and implementation of business operations and processes. This role will lead appropriate cross functional teams to accomplish deliverables. This position will lead projects for the business which includes: project strategy, delivery plan (e.g. agile) and results, ensuring work is executed as quickly as possible, while also managing quality, risk, budget, stakeholders, and resources. This role will look ahead to identify and resolve dependencies and large work efforts and provide senior leader updates regarding deployment progress, results and feedback regarding project work.

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve operations and process.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions and approaches changes with flexibility.
  • Lead projects for the business which includes: project strategy, delivery plan (e.g. agile), dependency identification, and results
  • Recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization.
  • Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization.
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partners with leaders in managing the relationship between TruStage and external product and service providers.
  • Management of key business processes that support the program, across external partners and internal teams including marketing, analytics, finance, and IT.
  • Serves as the primary resource for defining business requirements to key processes
  • Participate in the development and execution of program strategy.
  • Project execution management including: project definition, stakeholder engagement, project roadmap, governance structure, metrics and change control.
  • Determine process improvements and perform process flow design analysis; recommend and lead the implementation of process enhancements. Serves as a subject matter expert to key business processes.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 7+ years of recent work experience leading projects, programs, teams or transformation efforts such as process improvements, product/system implementations, and integration efforts.
  • Ability to translate strategy into action, with solid planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex business and/or technological concepts.
    • Proven ability to lead projects and programs throughout their full life cycle.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization with clarity and precision, verbally and in writing.
    • Leadership skills to include coaching, guiding, influencing and driving accountability.
    • Demonstrated strategic skillset: able to synthesize and translate internal and external customer inputs, business performance metrics and strategic directives into projects and action plans.
    • Results oriented: proven track record in delivering results. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
    • Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
    • PC Skills: fluent in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $156,300.00
