We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Engineer with expertise in Audio Visual (AV) systems and IT Infrastructure design. The role involves preparing technical drawings, installation layouts, rack elevations, cable routing plans, and as-built documentation for corporate offices, data centres, conference rooms, training facilities, and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop AV system drawings, floor plans, equipment layouts, rack elevations, cable routing, and signal flow diagrams.
Design documentation for boardrooms, VC rooms, training rooms, digital signage, and command centres.
Prepare MDF/IDF layouts, network topology diagrams, server room layouts, and LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, review site surveys, update redlines, and generate as-built drawings.
Maintain drawing revisions, quality documentation, BOQ support drawings, and design templates.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD 3D preferred).
Knowledge of AV Systems, Structured Cabling, LAN/WAN, Wireless Networks, Data Centres, Rack Design, and Cable Management.
Ability to interpret Architectural and MEP drawings.
Software Skills:
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Visio, MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, Revit, SketchUp (Preferred)
Preferred Industry Experience:
AV/IT System Integration, Smart Buildings, Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Centres, Workplace Technology, and UCC Projects.
Nice to Have:
MTR, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Aruba, Cisco Networking, TIA/EIA Standards.
