About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Auto Remarketing Associate for our Auto Specialty Operations Team.

In this role, you will:
- Represent Wells Fargo vehicles at designated auction locations, ensuring that all units are marketed and sold in accordance with established guidelines and predetermined pricing standards
- Provide recommendations for vehicle reconditioning and oversee quality standards to ensure optimal sale outcomes for Wells Fargo
- Ensure that all pre-sale and post-sale data is accurately recorded and maintained within internal systems of record
- Travel to auction locations, primarily in the Midwest and East Coast
- Develop and build relationships with auto auction representatives
- Provide support and resolution for issues arising before, during, and after sale of assets within Auto Remarketing, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
- Exercise independent judgment, including identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvement, compliance, quality assurance, and risk management
- Collaborate and consult with Auto Remarketing Manager, colleagues and third-party vendors
- Review vehicle condition reports and visually assess vehicles to ensure condition is up to standard and all customer identifiable information is removed
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Auto Remarketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Understanding of Auto Remarketing policies and procedures
- Familiarity with the Auto Auction process and post-sale systems (e.g., Auto IMS or equivalent)
- Experience in purchasing, buying, or auction environments
- Logistics experience and operational readiness
- Ability to interpret and evaluate vehicle condition reports
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to assess current processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Proficiency in tracking, reporting, and streamlining operational workflows
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex material to diverse audiences
- Strong negotiation, influence, and collaboration abilities
- Conflict management and decision-making skills
- Experience handling escalated complaints and communicating with leadership
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Ability to research and resolve a variety of issues using problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to quickly changing business needs and environments
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must maintain a residence within 40 miles of a Wells Fargo operations location
- Up to 100% domestic travel, primarily across the Midwest and East Coast
- Ability to work additional hours as needed

- Flexible availability to support business operations outside of traditional working hours, including short-notice adjustments
