What We Do

Kin is on a mission to change home insurance from what it is to what it should be. Whether we’re leveraging data to create customizable coverage or providing claims service that goes above and beyond expectations, our members are at the heart of everything we do. In the face of ever-growing climate risk, our members deserve an insurance company that cares about them. We aim to stick with them through thick and thin.

That’s why as a company we:

• Run through walls.
• Raise the bar, and drop the ego.
• Act like owners.
• Always ask “What if?”

These values allow us to make a difference in the lives of homeowners in catastrophe-prone areas of the county. Read more about our core values at kin.com/careers/.

Why Work With Us

We don't want to brag or anything, but we're pretty excited to be a force of change in the insurance industry!
