What to expect:
- Training duration: 2.5–3 years, depending on your school qualification, with the option to shorten for excellent performance
- Alternating multi-week blocks of school and practical training
- Vocational school location: Martin-Behaim-Schule, Darmstadt
- You’ll get to know all key company departments, including: Sales, HR, Accounting, Controlling, Marketing, Purchasing, and more
- Active involvement in day-to-day business, taking on your own projects, and supporting our teams

What you bring:
- A good secondary school diploma, ideally advanced technical college entrance qualification or high school diploma, with strong grades in core subjects (Math, English, German)
- Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in a globally active cosmetics company and in business processes
- Team spirit, openness, and respect for other cultures
- Initiative, flexibility, and motivation to learn new things
