Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Deployment: Build, deploy, configure, and customize our software to meet client-specific use cases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site or remotely, often under tight deadlines, to ensure client success.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their operational challenges, workflows, and objectives. Translate these needs into technical requirements for our software platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Augmented Strategists, backend engineers, and designers to relay client feedback and drive product improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize customer workflows, enhance platform performance, and deliver measurable value.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and data integration tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with complex, large-scale systems and ambiguous technical environments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can pivot quickly to address evolving client needs.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, consulting, or a client-facing technical role. Prior experience in data-intensive environments is a plus.

- Experience working in industries such as legal, government, or finance.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or machine learning frameworks.
- Prior consulting or deployment experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
