  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with complex, large-scale systems and ambiguous technical environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can pivot quickly to address evolving client needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, consulting, or a client-facing technical role. Prior experience in data-intensive environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in industries such as legal, government, or finance.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or machine learning frameworks.
  • Prior consulting or deployment experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
