Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits of financial books maintained by Docyt's accounting team to ensure alignment with the Docyt Way.
- Review the accounting records of Docyt clients to assess accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate the quality of service provided to clients.
- Mentor and guide accounting team members to support their professional development and uphold high-quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in core bookkeeping or financial accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.) from an English-medium institution is required.
- Fluency in English communication is essential, with schooling in English medium only.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
