Lead and perform audit engagements: plan and execute fieldwork, identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues, advise clients on process improvements, and collaborate with partners and staff to ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, SEC, and PCAOB requirements.

- Provide ideas to improve client processes and procedures
- Understand our clients’ businesses and industries
- Identify accounting and auditing issues
- Assist with audit planning
- Perform audit fieldwork
- Resolve issues
The ideal candidates will have the following qualities:
- High integrity
- 8+ years of public accounting experience
- Licensed CPA or international equivalent
- Sound GAAP and GAAS knowledge
- Familiarity with SEC and PCAOB reporting rules
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team of professionals at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude
