Our client, who is a leading provider of business advisory services across the Asia-Pacific region, is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team.
Audit Engagement Delivery & Quality Control
- Oversee all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, execution, reporting, clearance, and finalization of audit files.
- Lead and execute audit engagements in compliance with relevant regulations and firm standards.
- Ensure all audit activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and provide insights into complex accounting issues.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional engagement.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior auditors to support their professional growth.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work across the audit team.
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the audit field.
- Experience in group consolidated audits, with a strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and fulfill commitments.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly Desirable
- Professional qualification, such as ACCA or CPA.
