Job Description:
The Audit Manager is responsible for managing internal audit projects, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, and providing recommendations to improve organizational processes and controls. This role partners with senior leadership to support audit strategy, communicate audit findings, and promote effective risk management practices. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in internal auditing.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage internal audit projects and support the execution of the audit strategy.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established controls.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and evaluating internal controls.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Previous people management or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Certified Internal Auditor preferred.
